I recently saw a video on Reddit where someone played a party audio file during his social media post, pretending he was in a lively college party. It occurred to me that practically my entire oeuvre of social media photographs qualifies for the same category of sad selfies, pretending to not be alone. Then, being the unfed artist that I am, I wondered what style of artwork you would label this as - and thus, Faux Amigo is now brought into the world.
