Ian: WAIT! HOLD UP!

Same visual, but this time the cow is looking down at Ian.
Ian (to the Aliens above frame): I HEARD YOU GUYS OFFER FREE COLONOSCOPIES? I'M DUE FOR ONE BUT I HAVEN'T MET MY DEDUCTIBLE.

Close up on the Cow and Ian, the cow has been lowered closer to the ground.
Ian (to the cow): I know people call what they do something else, but it's pretty much the same thing. Tom-A-to, tom-a-to, you know?
